Icey Tek 40QT

I recently purchased a 2820XL. I would like to put an Icey Tek 40qt on the starboard side of the cockpit behind the helm. Has anyone done that/know if it would fit? Replies are appreciated.

Forget the 40 Quart ... need bigger as the 40 does not hold enough of the red, white and blue.

that's why we have the 150 qt. the 40 is for Earl's peanut butter and jelly.
