Need measurements Boat position on trailer - 1800 CC

Hello all,

I'm going to be making the trip next weekend from boston down to Point Pleasant to pick up my boat!! Can't wait.

I've been working on the trailer getting it ready, The previous owner had a 23 footer on it. I need to know how to adjust the trailer for my 18'.
Is there a formula for this?

Or is it a measurements of somesort, i.e. from bow to trailer axle??

Any info would be great as I'll be working on the brake lines and adjusting it this weekend.

I load the boat on trailer, get the boat secure, and take to a quiet ramp during the week to fine tune set-up. I believe your 23' trailer will work, but will take some (as you call it) "Yankee Engineering" to make fit.
