Parker 1801 prop

Hello I have a new to me 1801 with a 2000 F115 4 Stoke equipped with a painted stainless 19p prop; loaded down with full tank and 3 guys we saw 30 knots at 5300rpm trimmed up; I feel like I can drop down to a 16 pitch similar style semi cleaver style prop and then 6000rpm and reduce my slip ratio and improve hole shot... What props do you guys suggest and what kind of numbers are you seeing on your 1801. Much Thanks
