Port engine idle off

Thanks to anyone who can point me in the right direction. I have a 28 foot Parker with twin f225s on the back. The port engine is idling about 200 rpm lower that the starboard. It stalls at low speed especially in docking Maneuvers. It runs fine at 1100+ RPM. The other engine is fine. Where should I start my troubleshooting and what should I look for.

Does the primer bulb run out of gas? How many hours on the motors? Has the VST filter been replaced?

Turn up the idle at the shift linkage.
