Hello I have a 1983 21souwester. The previous owner put in a hatch system with one of the hatches being forward of midship. In front of that there is a 29” stringer in the middle that runs up to a cross (left to right) bulkhead. It’s all rotted out. I can access the stringer from below deck. I’m honestly not sure how important it is if at all at this point with the other modifications that have been done, but any tips on repairing it from under the deck are appreciated
