The raw water wash down hose on my boat spilt last week while fishing and when I looked at it yesterday I couldn't really get how to replace it.

It's the hose that goes from the pump to the threaded valve in the bilge area. I can get the hose off of the pump, but there is no access behind the valve unless I remove the entire splash guard which seems like a lot of work to replace a hose.

Any other suggestions??

I have a 2005 2320.

It's not a lot of work..... and it has to be done!

Take a box cutter or other knife blade and cut into the sealant used on the splash guard. Remove all the screws. Break the seal and remove splash guard.

Clean up well.... replace hose.... replace splash guard.... seal with white rubbery sealant..... done.

Mine also split.... do no replace with the same material.... I got mine at an auto part store and hopefully will last for years and years.
