I can vouch for the D200. I've been a pro shooter for 17 years and buy tons of Nikon gear for my staff.

It's a great camera. I'm just not using it very much. It's got less than 500 "shots" though it, and it was designed to handle at least 100,000. 500 shots is about the same as 15 rolls of film in a film camera.
