Not a bad price if you want to put 5 pound of electronics in a 3 pound bag.
I myself prefer individaul components. Radar, GPS and Fish Finder. This way if one should fail (GPS Radar) you still have some sort of backup for navigation. Imagine a single main unit going down when in heavy rain or fog?
My list of electronics on the boat are:
Northstar 6100 gps 8.5 screen
Furuno 585 Fish Finder
Furuno 1731 Mark1 CRT radar 8.5 screen

Just my $0.02 worth.
Tom

Or you can get two 10.4 Navnets like I did and have your cake and eat it too! Radar,FF,GPS with overlay.
If one Navnet sh*ts the bed the other system will get me home safe and sound.

Right now the FishPimp is in a hanger at Westover Airforce Base. During the season it on a trailer with canvas console cover in a lock up with 24 hour security checking in on it
(Amazing what some BlueFin Steaks will get ya).

Just be careful of very low pricing on electronics on eBay. There are a lot of "phishing" companies out there. (google "phishing" if you dont know what that is)

I am not saying those prices arent from a good supplier but just a warning in general.

While I like my garmin electronics a lot. Furuno makes top fishfinders. I miss the knobs on my old boat..
