    Looking for a little help!

Hey guys, I'm curious if anyone knows anything about this particular 2007 Parker 2320 SL coming out of the NY area. http://boats.smartcarguide.com/listing/49840907/ It's now out in Southern California and my buddy is looking to buy it. He has some reservations, as apparently it has had approx...

Time to re-do the anchor rode! What are you running?

Hey Brent I had 8 plait rode on my Steiger. Laid down nicely in the bilge. The Steigers have a small anchor locker and the 3 strand piles up quickly. With the 8 plait, it was much better. I also noticed with my windlass, the wear with 8 plait was less. BTW, mine was bought at Defender. There is...

    Washdown hose connection

I want to be able to regulate the water flow in a convienant manner when using my zodi hot water heater. I rigged up my fresh water pump on my Parker using a ball valve and it worked great at conserving the limited fresh water. What I rigged up wasn't as clean as that hose valve in the picture.

    Washdown hose connection

I like that one in the picture. It has what appears to be a ball valve integrated into the fitting? Where'd you get it?

    Not a Parker.........It's a Steiger Craft!

Hi Brent You can hop aboard any time. I guess the advantages of no wood is no potential for rot. And light weight. However, the hard top is constructed of balsa, the transom is wood, as is the pulpit. The boat is crazy fast in flat conditions. Don't have exact numbers as I haven't opened her...

    Not a Parker.........It's a Steiger Craft!

I noticed your going with the Bennetts.... My Parker had Lenco as does my Steiger. The only advice I can give you is to make sure you protect the wood in the transom with something like Smith's Penetrating epoxy or West Systems. I think Dale has a link to an epoxy contact that is inexpensive...
