Have an aluminum Towmaster had a 24 foot Stamas on it for years. Just rebuilt the whole thing, brakes, electrical, 4 new radial tires. Also had my new Parker 23SE on it, but the hull shape is too flat, chines were a bit too close to the fenders. Your boat has a deep V hull, should fit fine...

Don't just look at the fuse, try a new one. They sometimes crack and you can't see it. You can test with a VOM, or a test light.

I bought my 2021 23 SE from Manteo Marine. Nice folks, great deal especially considering when I ordered it. We bought our last, and I do mean LAST, Grady from the people in Wilmington. Never again! That was our third GW, but they cured us of that.

Good idea, but use weak tape like masking tape, not something tough like Gorilla tape. And if you could tape the safety catch on the winch strap back out of the way, it would be even easier.

Omega couldn't legally fish in NC either, but paid off the right pols so they could anyway. Why the king mackerel fishery is pretty much gone down here.

I had a 24 Stamas with 233 Merc out drive for 30 years. If I trolled in a following wind the cabin, and even the deck, would get fumes from the exhaust gas rising out of the water behind the boat. I hated getting seasick on my own boat.

Be patient. With the hurricane in FL, there will be lots of used motors for sale shortly.

If you have 15 inch tires, 14s or even 13s would help. They do make 5 lug wheels for the 10 inch pontoon boat trailers too. It doesn't have to clear the door by much, but it does need to clear!

Never mind Starling, I don't think they have had a new Parker in stock in over two years. Call Allen Brown at Manteo Marine. They are actually in the Parker business. .
