Its a pain to pull new fuel fill line because it is 1.5" and very stiff. I have not done that particular hull but you may be able to use a small piece of pipe and pipe clamps to connect the old line to the new and pull it through. The hardest part will be where the deck attaches to the fill...

If you have soft spots in those locations you likely have some stringer rot too. If you decide to tackle the project make sure you replace the fuel tank also.

These pics are ok but don't really give you the complete picture. I built a 1/2" StarBoard box around the batteries so I nothing would be in contact with them if placed in the console hatches. The first 2 pics are from the front looking in the open hinged lid and the last is from the starboard...

My batteries are as far up under the forward seating in front of the console as I could put them.

Not completely sure about the 1801 but the hole where your rigging comes up through the floor should be easy to fish the wires through. That's where I pulled mine.

My batteries are in the front end of the console. A trolling motor is a game changer for grouper fishing.

You should not need tabs to get it on plane. Tucked all the way under should make it jump on plane pretty easy. I have had a 23SE w/225 and 21SE w/200 both had no issues planing. I friend of mine has a 21SE w/150 and it also has no issues. What do you have stored in the stern? Post a pick...
