Anyone want to help get my Yamaha running this year?

Dale- We did think the injectors could be at fault since we didn't really see/smell gas on the plugs after trying to start. They look pretty easy to take out, so we may look further into them. Tom-We did not fill the VST with fuel before installing, we used the primer bulb. This is what we did...

    New Captains Chair Ideas

I take it that the 2520 ladder back chair is wider then? Should it bolt on to the 2320's pedestal? Where would I be able to acquire one? Thanks, Jake

Does this should right? 5100rpm @ WOT

Good News! We completed and tested the recommended changes and WHAT a difference! We are now getting 6100rpm and 38-39mph WITH the boat loaded with gear. We moved the motor up to the 3rd mounting hole (same as Megabytes) and put on a 17.5" prop suggested by prop gods. Moving the motor with...

Does this should right? 5100rpm @ WOT

Wow, that is opposite of how ours is mounted! I did look at the plate while on plane (at WOT) and could not see it. In fact it there was inches of water over it, but then again like I stated before I don't think we were trimming correct. (Will try again this weekend.) So 2 things that look...

Does this should right? 5100rpm @ WOT

Hello, I am brand new to our 2007 Parker 2320sl 225 Yamaha 4 stroke on a transom bracket, and on top of that, being an I/O guy for years now, I am brand new to Outboards also. We are getting 29mph @5100rpms at wide open. It seems as though we should be getting a bit better top end...

    New 2320sl in our family!

Hello all! We have a "new" (to us) 2007 Parker 2320 pilot house. She has a Yamaha 225 4 stroke on a bracket and has the second steering station. We are very excited and are happy to be part of the forum here because we will probably be asking a lot of questions! Jake
