    New 2120 SC

Depends on how deep, tank size and excitement level 80cf tank in 60’ lasts 30 to 40 min. 60ct tank in the shallows can last over an hour

    New 2120 SC

Both, freediving ( no tanks ) and with tanks. Tank bubbles tend spook fish so freediving is often more productive. California, abalone is only freediving. ( was, it’s over now ) No spear fishing salmon, ever, so I took up fishing.

    New 2120 SC

Yep, still fishing, I just started fishing a few years ago. Life long diver - spearfishing, at 60, still enjoy diving more. With the closure this year, the bay is getting hammered , but everything back to normal this week... Oh ya!

    New 2120 SC

Yes, you can do salmon and halibut on the same day, easier when the halibut are outside the bay, bigger fish and closer to the salmon grounds. 2 guys on a 2007 2120, works fine on calmer days

2 part marine epoxy to waterproof windlass holes?

When I installed my Lewmar Profish I drilled bolt holes and wire holes to 1/2, then filled them with West Systems ( thickened with silica ) and redrilled to 8.1mm - leaving a nice protective layer of epoxy in the holes. The 3” rode hole was also coated with several layers of the same epoxy...

    Fresh water tank

Parker does have factory fresh water wash down, my 2007 2120 has one. Small tank, about 12 gallons - I know it was an option on the 2007 2320’s The tank mounted behind the bench seat in the cabin, pump on the floor beside the tank. The hose bib is under the port gunwale just outside the cabin...

Are the pole mounts on the side for rod storage?

On the baby Parker’s, ( 2120 ) , I find the factory aluminum under gunwale holders useless. I removed mine, added a standard 2 rod holder on each side. Port side holds my fish cleaning board ( gut and gill board ) since the raw water wash is on the port side, starboard side hold gaff and boat...

    1801 Scupper tube replacement

Simple thing to change. Make, barrow or buy the tool. Most of the replacement inserts come long, cut to length with a tube cutter 1 1/4 X 3” long was the size on my 2007 2120 - less than $15per tube

Can't Get Gear Shifting to Work After Water Pump Service

When you say - loosen the bolts and it shifts, do you mean you can move the shifter? Or when you move the shifter it actually goes into gear? When doing an impeller, I think it best to “ never move the shift shaft “. if the shift shaft got moved, the splines on the shaft might not be lined up -...

How to stop water intrusion in to V berth from rub rail area

In my case, there were a few drips down the carpet inside the cabin - in rough seas when the bow slams the swells. Minor, but still annoying. The way the water ran down the sides in my case, it ends up on top of the deck - not below deck and could not enter the bilge . For water to get below...
