1801 draft

The draft for the 1801 is listed at a mere 7" there are boats that weigh half as much that have nearly twice the draft. Has anyone ever tested the draft on the 1801? Is it really only 7"?

I dont know. I think it is true. did search hull truth and didn't see any measurements

I suspect it is true hull draft. My old 21 SE had a listed hull draft of 10" and it would definitely float in a foot of water.

That's the approximate hull only draft on a new factory boat. It may include the weight of the raised motor, but not the added draft of the lower unit, and it does not include your gas, gear, etc.
