Looks like she's been painted. Is that the case?

yes thats the case , the boat had deck rot around inspection ports and around bildge hatch. I opted to remove entire floor for full inspection. I pulled the fuel tank, removed all foam from every cavity. Being that i did that i had to repaint the deck which spread to the cabin while i was at it the hull. Everything was removed off the boat except the windows (doors hatches thru hulls rod holders etc.. to give it a clean look) i will be posting more pics sometime this week once i goto the marina.
