Hi. I live on Cudjoe Key. I have a 2003 2520 SCMV. It has a 128 gallon tank. I filled it with gas on Sunday and headed out to fish. Fuel smell lead me to open the bilge to find gas. Went back home. After pressure testing the tank to about 8psi, I found the fuel leaking from behind the foam at the rear edge next to the deck access plate. We pumped out all of the fuel. Today, Memorial Day, instead of fishing we are cutting the deck up shortly. My tank runs down the center. It appears to be about 28 inches wide and then from the open-back cabin to the bilge. You provided a wealth of info. Tomorrow I will find a new tank or a fabricator. My project will be a little different with my tank configuration. Perhaps I can meet you?
