Just FYI... I sold a Tracker 16 to buy my Parker 1801. I listed it on Craigs List and was swamped with calls. It went for $3800, equipped pretty much like yours. Could have sold five of them. As a matter of fact I did send callers to a local dealer who had the same boat.. he sold it within a week of my referring buyers. Of course that was in March (2015), it's harder to sell a boat this late in the year.

Your price might be a little high. NADA shows high retail at $3870 with the 25HP outboard and trailer.
