This is a great fishing and diving boat. In a pilot house, you can button up in rough weather to keep warm and dry and it is unusually cool on a hot day. The large fishing and diving area out back can easily accommodate 6 fishermen and is very comfortable for diving as well. The porta-potty and sleeping room will accommodate 2 comfortably. The deep V and solid construction distinguishes this boat from the rest of its class. With the engine on an Armstrong bracket and the bow pulpit the overall 29+ feet’ from the bow to the aft of the engine makes this boat handle the seas extremely well.

BOAT 23’, 8’6” beam, 21 dead rise, 4100 lbs, fuel 150 gal

DUAL LENCO ELECTRIC TRIM TABS

There are a couple of minor chips dings in the deck and hull gel coat. I have the fiberglass/gel coat kit to repair

ENGINE

225 Honda 4 stroke

  • In over 40 years of boat motor ownership, this is honestly the best engine I have ever owned. I have never primed it or choked it to get it to start.
  • Like the previous owner I have always used ethanol free gas.
  • Is probably due a water pump change out and oil change. (I have the water pump kit)
  • Engine is low hours ~650, hour meter was changed out
  • Pushes the boat about 38 MPH wide open, normally cruise around 25-30 mph, depending on ocean
  • All in depth maintenance manuals and factory update
  • As is typical with Honda outboards the cowling paint is peeling
CABIN

  • 4 cushions to create 2 person V-berth
  • curtain closure from cabin to pilot house
  • Overhead ventilation hatch with screen
  • Port and starboard screened 6” hatches (port has broken latch, but does not leak)
  • Storage under each V berth.
  • cabin light
  • Full access to all electronics
  • I have created diagrams showing all wire, hydraulic, and gas lines and connections

  • Front facing mate seat with large storage box underneath
  • Pivoting pilot seat with foot piece
  • Compass
  • VHF radio
  • Dry-Deck throughout pilot house
  • Red/white LED pilot house light
LOWRANCE ELECTRONICS

  • (NMEA 2000)
  • 2019 auto-pilot
  • side-looking fish finder
  • depth finder
  • GPS
  • Stereo with speakers in deck area
  • 4G Radar, I have not been able to get it to synch with HDS2 and have spent less than 2 hours troubleshooting. (I would have got more interested if I was going to the islands)

TRAILER

  • 2006 Performance Tandem axle aluminum float on style trailer (actual length 32’)
  • Spare tire
  • No wood to rot, bunks are propylene
  • LED lights
  • All new hubs, brake pads, &calipers in 2017
  • These are grease flow through axles. All new grease July 2020
The entire boat is in very good condition. I'm simply selling to downsize. If you know Parker then you know this is an excellent boat. With all of the social distancing requirements, no tire kickers please. I am not interested in having anyone sell the boat for me and I am not interested in trades. This is not a distress sale, so if low balling is your goal let’s not waste each other’s time. Great boat looking for a great home.1 Boat in driveway.JPG1 Boat in driveway.JPG
