My first post here , hello. I’m sure this has been asked but unfortunately I have to Repower having just blown up my 2007 Yamaha 250. Which motor? Stick with the 250 or go to 300? Right now at 4100 rpm’s I’m getting around 21 mph burning just under 11 gallons an hour. I’m pretty content with those numbers but I would like to hear about other people’s performance numbers. Sorry boat is 25 ft 2520 sl.
