2008 1801 Cover

Hello all, I tried looking back through past post but couldn’t find anything specific. I have a 2008 1801 that I’m looking to buy a cover for. Cover will only be used in the spring and fall when I’ve the boat is off the morning and I’m storing it in my driveway. Just want to keep leaves and pollen off it to keep it clean. Won’t be trailering with it and i’ve got a winter cover for it so snow will be an issue. Does anybody have any experience with covers that would fit an 1801?

"T-top Covers" (that's the company name) boat covers are about the nicest "off the shelf" boat covers that I've ever seen. They have patters for specific boats, and even cater to options like a t-top, bow rails, engine types, etc. My Dad has one for his 21se and I have one for my 1800, and both fit like a glove.

With T-top for 1801:

Depending on options, the 1801 cover is about $500-700, which is more pricey than a generic 'universal fit' cover but much much cheaper than having a canvas shop make you a custom cover. They have a 4 year warranty too.

Here's a picture of my 1800 with the T-top Covers 'center console cover'. I ordered it with the bow roller cutout, which my trolling motor base fits through nicely. The cover fits perfectly and doesn't blow around or collect water during storms.

Sold my 1801, but had great luck with a Carver ‘styled to fit’ cover that was on the boat basically year round in the NE for 5 years and still going strong. Bought one on the new boat too.
