Need to sell!!! First Katrina, now Gustov. Two camps later, I need to take a break from offshore fishing. 2008, 2820 Parker was bought in March. it now has about 70 hrs on it. Twin 250's, Freshwater washdown, rawwater washdown, eletctric head with pump out macerater, 45 gal. livewell in center deck, 14 rod rocket launcher, 2 spreader lights, courtacy lights under the gunwhale, opening port and starbord side front windows with wipers, coming bolsters, lewmar windlass with automatic release, west coast bow rail, armstrong dive ladder, C-80 Raymarine system with 4KW raydome, separate battery for raymarine electronics, Icom VHF radio with shakespear antena. The boat has a loadmaster triple axle trailer with torsion axle suspiension. She is like new and spent hurricane Gustov safe in Baton Rouge. Asking 110K with trailer. Dont be afraid to make an offer. I need to sell and will take the best offer. More pics on request and will talk about transport anywhere. Call Dylan 225=978=0820.

Wow. What a nice boat. I wish I could buy her. Do you need to get out of boating altogether or do you just want to scale down? Would you be interested in a 2006 2520xl in a partial exchange + cash?

I AM AFRAID IN NEED TO JUST GET OUT OF OFFSHORE FISHING FOR A WHILE. I MIGHT BE ABLE TO BUM A RIDE NOW AND THEN BUT IM SURE I WILL GET ANOTHER ONE IN A FEW YEARS.

OK, got a few pics. You can see in one of them, it is stamped 26 to 28 feet, 12500 lbs. and 2860 xld. I ordered the trailer for the boat and had it built to support much more weight than the boat would be totally loaded. Breaks on all 6 tires, and torsion suspension. It makes for a great ride, even on our world class roads here in louisiana...... ok, please give me an email and i can send them to you. i cant figure out how to make the pics small enough to be posted on here. My email is [email protected].

well, she is still sitting in the yard. I have had many people trying to sell their boats first. Dont be afraid to make an offer. I just might go get it dirty again soon. Its wahoo time!

LABluewater: Very nice boat you have. It seems so many who would like to upgrade do have to sell their boats first.

Anyway, good luck with the sale. If you can post more pics I know I'd sure like to see them.

Ok, now im getting a little discouraged. I am dropping the asking price to $99,000. I know things are tough around parts of the country right now.... How about a little more feed back on the price?? As far as i can see looking on other web sights, this price is way below others on the market which seem to be outfitted the same and the same age. Am I wrong? Any opinions are welcome. I can take more pics and send them to private emails if anyone is interested.

If I wasn't so worried about my job, I'd be all over that in a heartbeat.
I think the price is outstanding, but in this economy, many people are just too pinched financially to jump. I hope she goes soon for you, it pains me to see such a beauty priced at where it is and not moving.

LabBlueWater: Darn shame she doesn't sell for you at the original asking price. Most of us here know how much these boats sell for new.

The new and used boat market is horrible. Unfortunately most of us need to sell our boats to even look at something as nice as yours.

John

LOL..I just bought a 2320 and haven't even put it in the water yet.

Now I want this one.....What a great deal.

In any market but this one that is a give away price. Beautifull boat. I have followed several boats on the market that I severely lust after drop in price to a level that I could have afforded LAST YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!! Suspect many others are in the same position. Also even if they can sell their current boat without going way upsidedown it is now very hard to secure a boat loan. Great market for anyone with cash in hand and no concience. Sorry for being so negative but for now that is the way it is.

I just purchased a 2820, 06 with radar, c80 a second station w 395 hours......the nada on that boat was avg low of 54k and avg high 68K and a retail of 84 to 89k

I paid 69k w/out trailer boat was pretty darn clean see post here on Reelynauti "new 2820"

The boat you have is vern nice but you are better off keeping it 4 now...I shopped for my 2820 for 6 months and kept on tracking sales of used boats the whole while the asking price was 89K it was refused and then dropped to 84 then 79 then 76 i countered 3x and offered 69 it was accepted so moral of story my seller ate 14k to sell his boat.....

Either hang on till it turns around
Dont be discouraged by low bids but be reasonable because there are hundreds of Parkers for sale across the country and if you track the sales the prices have been dropping every month......

like i said the nada low wholesale on your boat is 60 and nada wholesale high is 69 ...putting the used retail at 15 yo 20% at 82K and 35% at 93k

I suggest you list it at 93k and settle on 86-89k you would then fall in the range of a perffered sale item as the boats of your caliber ar closing in this price range....

Good luck and hang in there
