I attended this afternoon's NJ Marine Fisheries Council Meeting.

2009 Fluke limits in New Jersey are as follows:


six (6) fish @ 18" or larger
May 23rd through September 4th.
This means Memorial Day weekend is in. Friday of Labor Day
weekend is the last day of the season!
