2120 anchor roller chain holder question

My 2120 had the bow pulpit cracked when I got it I have gotten all of that fixed now but the previous owner had removed the chain holder. Does that just attach with screws or through bolt like the anchor roller? I would almost think that just 2 screws wouldnt be enough.
