21SE Passenger rating?

Can anyone please tell me what the passenger rating is for a 2007 Parker 21SE?

I know there is a rating for the number of passengers and weight, but I cant remember what it is and my marina is 30 minutes away, so I cant check the rating sticker on the boat. I am trying to put a seabass fishing trip together tomorrow with some friends and didnt want to go over. I am wondering if the boat can handle 4 adults and one child. I will have PFD's for everyone and I know there is adequate room, more concerned about the official rating.

I was thinking if everyone has their seat then ok. Coast Guard changed average weight to 185 lbs. I thought your 21se was ten person but now would be 7 or 8 m2cw

Thanks... I thought the rating was for 7 as well. Isnt there a weight rating as well?

Under new rules,weight is 185 per person. I estimate the weight limit at 1200 or 1300 lbs for passengers

I think you should be fine as along as everyone has a fixed seat, PFDs, other safety gear and everyone behaves, and dont draw attention to your boat due to your driving, misbehaving passengers and drunkenness but tunes are fine. LOL
