Bit the bullet and purchased a 18xhd dome, battle wagon 6" fore leaning 4 degree mount, and a cable clam.

Going to do the install myself, have seen the notes regarding epoxy for the holes and a few other pictures but here is my question.

I plan to mount on the raised portion of the 2320 roof in the middle, most likely as far forward as possible.

- Is that a hollow channel between the interior and exterior roof?
- If I remove the black cover that goes the width of the interior over the wiper motors will I have access to get to the wiring and bring it down to the helm?

Any pictures and tips would be appreciated, thanks!

I installed mine last year. Removed the front overhead light and was able to bolt through while reaching into this channel. Ran the wires in this channel towards the back of the cabin and there was another round black plastic cover. Removed that and ran the wires towards the starboard overhead speakers. From there I removed the plastic panel containing the speaker. You can run the wires down the wall and direct to the plotter from here.

I installed mine this past weekend. I also attached my photos from my 2120 install The Halo 3.B8B29B2A-FDB7-4DA2-83AA-791974C35A82.JPGIMG_1101.JPGIMG_1111.JPG

Just installed one over the weekend as well. Did the same things others mentioned above. Everything came out good. Used a Blue Seas Cable clam where I drilled the hole for the Cables.

Thanks to everyone! Have the same mount an noticed you mounted on the lip of the roof overhang, which would make mounting a lot easier. Do you have any pictures showing how you brought the wires into the cabin?

Cybodden and Jwebster, I see you mounted your radars on both boats all the way forward on the hard top. I am about to mount a radar on my 2120 PH and was considering mounting it forward like you have. Any drawbacks to mounting it there?
I have looked for pics of radars mounted that forward and this is the first one I've found.
