Ebay for $100 Stainless...BUT be sure the spinner is in the rim.......NOT in the spoke....It does make a difference there on a 13 1/2in wheel. Do Not buy this unit...You can feel the extra effort it will take to steer it. Been there done that by mistake and not paying attention in the past.
