Additional rod holder help

I am looking to add at least 4 rod holders to the bow maybe a 5th to my 1998 21SE. the 5th being one just offset from center for a boarding handle to help me get on and off since I have balance issues. What angle rod holders get installed typically in front on the gunwale forward the center console? What about for the boarding handle? Just looking at something simple like this.

If you are looking for a dedicated boarding handle you can mount a 0 degree where you typically step onto the boat. Leave your boat hook in it when you leave the boat so it's there when you come back. I can't say for sure about the forward holders. Probably 15 degree.
