Anyone ever replace the port or starboard cabin windows?

The powdercoating on my port and starboard cabin window frames are peeling (2007 2520XL).
Received new ones from Pompanette yesterday and just curious if anyone has removed these windows and installed new ones?

I'm worried about breaking the factory seal and not installing properly.
