Bottom refinishing

Anybody soda blast an 18 footer and redo the bottom and what was the recess and outcome along with the cost?
Have a 1987 and bottom really needs it.

I had a 21 done here on Long Island cost me about 1000-1200 blasted and repainted. Well worth it.

Just got done scraping and sanding the bottom of my "new to me" 1993 1800. Not the worst job, probably 10 hours - two carbide scrapers, a pack of 80 grit sandpaper. Glad it is done. Unless my schedule and the weather cooperate I will most likely have to wait till the weather is a little warmer in the spring to barrier coat and paint. Before I started the process I emailed/called around - only one place got back to me - $90 a foot, blasted, barrier coat, and painted (pettit products) -RioGrande area.
