Thinking adding more rod holders, I have eight in the gunnel now. Would like to add two , port , starboard up in the bow area as marked in picture . Any thoughts or examples on this ?
LT Marine makes and good one with the backing plate having built in bolt holes so no tricky jujitsu maneuvers holds washers and bolts I. The tight space. I can get my hand up there.
Concerned on if water get in rod holder where would it drain ? I am thinking down along side and in the drain hole by each forward fish box then , down and out the stern?
