That looks really awesome. Who ever is doing all that fiberglass work is very talented. Thats how it should have came from the factory. Keep us updated.

Nice! 2120 with a bracket is the ultimate little boat! Soft back 2120 I dont think I have ever seen that either. Very nice set up!

My but I like that. I would have wanted a live well in there somewhere. Who did the work? This is only the second one I've seen. I'm looking forward to knowing if it works well. The other boat was sold a couple time rather quickly making me think something might be wrong with the design? Anyone know? Keep us posted on how well she works out. I'd be interested in the Who did it and How much she costs? If I could afford it...I'd want to get it done. Looks the Balls!

Steve is the only other person that I know of with the closed transom 2120, and he loves it. I have seen the boat in persona and it is a very sweet setup. He said he loves the ride of the bracket did not affect it in a bad way.

You will like that set up for sure. No more water in the cockpit in following sea. Engine noise greatly reduced and you will notice a substantial difference in the ride.
Nice job, the only thing that i changed after running the same setup for a couple of years is a switch to 12x18 tabs. I have a longer bench seat on the port side and with 3 people sitting there i had difficulty with side to side trim, it also allows me to bury the bow when i want to.

Just curious on the width of your flotation chamber? I have 30" wide on my boat

Yes Armstrong has a min. of 30in wide tub for a single motor.

That is why I asked the question to dale if when he hung the DF-250, if there was a attitude change at rest.

The Stainless Marine units that Parker uses are only 18in wide tub. You want max flotation.

But on the 2520 / 2530's the boat is so wide that the boat itself has enough flotation built into it to compensate for the added weight.

But when moving the motor 30in aft......In some boats it can cause issues and the max size tub is a good thing. Foe example a 48in wide tub for a large single 4 stroke.

AWESOME! IF I kept my 2120 (which sold last week) I would have done this very modification. Please report back once you have some performance and boat attitude to share. Thanks for posting!
