buying used 2120

thinking of buying 2006 2120 sport cabin with 31.9 hours. checked out boat sat and it looked good. does anyone have suggestions on anything I should check and or look out for.

I cant imagine anything really wrong at all on a boat that new. Clean bilge? Fuel water seperator installed? Anything screwed into the deck non factory? If so was it done and sealed properly? Anchor locker clean? New zincs ?
