2018 25SE w/ DF350

Only one we know of anywhere. Her home will be the Chesapeake Bay.

Congrats, is that a factory Parker bracket? It looks huge and thinner than normal.

I saw it posted on FB.

Like others on FB asked, I was also wondering how you got a Suzuki on a Parker hull.

Looks like a very nice package. I'll looking forward to hearing your "river/lightly loaded" cruise numbers as well as your real-world performance numbers.

Thank you. Factory Bracket. Brand new bracket for 2018 I was told.

We were very lucky to find this boat. It was listed as "Used" because it was technically a "Demo". Prominent Parker/Yami/Suzuki dealer in St.Petersburg has the boat new on the lot with a Yami 300. Customer walks in and needs a Yami 300 for repower. They yank it off our 25SE and decide they will show off a DF350 on the 25SE as a DEMO.

Performance upgrade over the yami 300 is silly for only 50 more HP. They saw 2.88 at 30mph cruise. WOT at 52.

It's going be the perfect guide platform and family boat for us on the Chesapeake Bay.

Ran 80 miles last Sunday. Dundalk to St. Michaels and back.

Calm seas, 4 Adults, 3/4 fuel and we cruised 30-32 mph pretty much the whole way.

Saw an average of 2.75 mpg for the 80 miles. Pushing 6000#, I am pleased with that.

Still working on trimming the motor and tabs while under way. She seems to run better with motor trimmed up and tabs halfway down.

Very impressed with the engine and the boat. We simply love the setup!
