Chesapeake Bay Anchor

What size anchor would be ok for the bay or river use. I have an opportunity to get a 14 lb stainless plow anchor at a very reasonable price but want to make sure it would be enough. I have plenty rope and a lot of chain on the anchor that came from previous owner that use the boat for diving but I'm not thrilled with the dansforth anchor. I own a 2320. Thx for help

I've got a 20-lb plow on my 2520 XL. For the ~5-6 times I've used it, it's always grabbed on the first set & held solidly. For the most part, I'm in the soft mud areas off Annapolis.

Thx, I was hoping 14 would be enough but if not I can get a 20 galvanized. The 14 stainless just looks nice but not really necessary.
