Hmmm...I'd say.... 649 lbs., 15 oz. or thereabouts.

Admittedly I just guessed but if you figure 650 / 25 years = 26 pounds per year, a gallon of anti-fouling paint that I weighed was 14 pounds, figure just under two gallons (28 pounds) to paint it that comes out remarkably close, 26 pounds per year.
