Might be old news for you guys, but I just read the new CG policy about TWIC cards at OUPV license renewal time. If you are registered in the TWIC system you won't have to show proof of a current TWIC card anymore to renew your OUPV license. If you have never had a TWIC you will still have to go through the process one time. So you won't have to worry about your TWIC card's expiration time coinciding with the OUPV license or pay for the TWIC every five years. I can dig out the link from the CG if neccessary. Thought it might save some here some aggravation and $$.
