Decorating with LED lighting

Many of us have replaced the incandescent lighting on our boats with LED replacements looking for the bright, rich colors that LED's exhibit.
The long life and minimal power draw make LED lighting ideal for our use.

Apparently the folks in charge of the Ben Franklin Bridge in Philadelphia think its also a good way to put a new "light" on an old structure.
