How much difference you you have in your tides?

It's always the Parkers that are last out of the water at season's end! Welcome aboard!

Megabyte - The tides are not usually that dramatic. The pilings you see are there to protect against a nor'easter - which my slip has some esposure to. In fact you are looking pretty much northeast across the bay. I've weathered a few storms there (a bad one last season) with no damage. It is, however, one gorgeous view off the back in the summer though.
