Extra Seating 2520 Dual helm

2001 ish 2520 dual helm used as a Race support boat for sailboats. Looking to install some type of extra seating for use when underway and to get the butts off the sides.
Anybody with a solution so that I do not need to reinvent the wheel.

Something like this? I believe it's just two long coolers with pads and a welded pipe structure.
