My dad fabricated a bracket to hold a pair of stainless steel locking arms for the filet table. Now I do not need to mess with it after we clean the boat up and it has enough clearance to get the motor almost all the way up. It locks in place nicely.

That's Cool! here are a few Pics of one I built, its tall enough to allow the motor full tilt and also has a drain tube so all the mess goes right into the water. I also have clips that hold towels and a place to put my fish bonker.
