Helm bracket rempacement?

Hello all,
I am sure I am not the first to have to replace the mount for the underside of the helm seat. It's stripped and slides back. It's really quite annoying. I have taken a photo of the bottom for your reference. It's stamped REV-B. I wish I had measured the bolt pattern but I didn't. I can if it's necessary. I am hoping it's a simple conversion using REV-B....

Geeze, I don't use mine ... we might be able to swap out or such the seat base parts ...

My original Parker chair slider never stayed locked in place either.
I replaced mine with a Todd slider along with new helm chair.

It's a standard bolt pattern if you want to just replace your slider and
any of the common aftermarket brands should work (Wise, Todd, etc.)

What is stripped?

You sure it doesn't need to be greased?
