here's what I want to accomplish

Last year I wanted to install below deck fish holds...never happened and I'm over it. Here's this years list:
A large above deck live well, replace all thru-hulls either bronze or chrome (which ever matches the green hull better), install a new shoot thru ducer, relocate the electronics, add speakers outside the cabin, install straps to hold the helm station when unlocked ( imo,this should be done by Parker as standard ) install grab handles aside and in front of the passenger seat ( imo,this should be done by Parker as standard )
I will try to show pictures as projects complete

I might be able to help with a couple of items...
I swapped out my plastic through-hulls last year for a set of chrome over bronze items as part of my bilge pump upgrade. You can read about it here:

I also replaced my transom mount P66 transducer with an Airmar Through-hull transducer, though the only photo that I have is of the 'ducer before the install.

I hope to have "after" photos before she splashes in about 3 weeks.
