Have been working 6-7 days a week thru the Holidays to put this on my stern ...

Looked hard at 300hps, but mod-V hulls can't take advantage of that extra power and with fly-by-wire, that was an additional $4K for the 1 station, never mind 3 stations!

I have been fishing.. 8) Although not since Jan 10th. I hope to get out in a week or so again as the weather doesnt look the greatest this week.

Last trip yielded about a dozen striped bass with the first three going over 40". Flat calm too. It was too bad Megabyte couldnt make it. Funny part was had to shovel some snow from the deck the night before to make sure it didnt ice overnight making for a slick deck in the am.

Very nice makes me wonder why I live in CT. highlight of my day so far was waking up and seeing that the 9 inches of snow we got on Saturday is pretty much gone

I like living in CT April thru November. After that, its a god forsaken place.

I have to find a way to spend my winters in FLA.

Time to start making lures, my nephew is coming over this weekend we will start pouring some lead and the following weekends paint and tie. I got him involved in it last year and he learned quick, alot of fun during the cold winter months. If I'm not making bucktails I pick up the paint brush, I started this one for my son who lives in LA, hes been buggin me for a Tuna painting, hope he likes it. Just a couple samples.

Probably not.
The island changed hands, and the new owner most likely has his own people.
But... you never know. :)

Watch out for pouring lead, the fumes are very bad, guys on the island that have been pouring lead for nets and lines are experiencing very bad health effects

I hear ya, I keep things well ventilated and the key is not to get the lead too hot. Keep it just at the melting point. it melts at around 600 degrees but gives off fumes when it reaches above 900. I only do it for my own use and would not want to make a business out of it. Thanks

Counting the days until mid March :p ...Sold my boat during July 4th weekend and purchased Anna Bella late Nov, had her winterized. Went down to the marina two weeks ago to check up on her. Looking forward driving her around from Brooklyn, up the east river into the LI Sound with my mr heater  ...First project in April, putting a Lewmar Pro Fish 700 then downriggers..

Got to say, this is a great site...very informative

Well I just about have this years supply bucktails poured , painted, tied and ready for spring rockfish season on the chesapeake. Blow this up 70% to its original size and it doesn't make a bad screen saver!
