Except you will eventually have to pay the Fed fee if RI doesn't step up.
Maybe not this year but they will screw us all eventually.

I deal with it since i have paid it every year since 1984. On the plus side it will be 68 degrees on the ocean air temp and i will be fishing Catalina island on a mulitpul day permit at and additional $5.25 filing fee and another $9.00 or so for an annual lobster report card witch must be mailed in each year so data can be calculated.

We just deal with it. It sucks but what can you do.

Dealing with it is one thought, but where do you draw the line FISH TAX IS INSANE........no one owns it so how far will we go ...........

Its one thing to conserve but when you cant even keep 4 fish......

You realize if you go tog fishing off shore in a boat in rough seas and spend 140 in gas plus bait that even with 3 guys those fish end up costing you over 12 -15 $ each ...yet you can go to the store and buy em for less due to the "SPECIAL" permits and SPECIAL "HOLD BACKS".........

when will it end
