I have been looking for a 12vdc monitor to link to my E-80 dispay. Not much luck.

So I think the next step would be to install an inverted to just power the new 110v monitor.

I am just so so on electronics so I was hoping someone could give me a head start here...... pros and cons etc.

Seems these monitors draw les than 25 watts. Would also like to have a way to also maybe plug in one additional item like a laptop. Seems most laptops use no more that 65 watts.

Would something like this work?

Thanks

Thats perfect! I use one like that in my car to power a printer and laptop. I would just hard wire it to the batteries with some 10gauge wire and mount it on the inside of the V berth cabin. Just my 2 cents.
