These would be the two, three or four vertical tubes attached to a cross bar, top and bottom, that can be bolted to a fiberglass console, bulkhead, et cetera.

Made of plastique!

But not stark white or black. Parker gel coat color, or close.

You might try dying some of the white plastic ones with some Rit dye. Probably have to experiment with colors to get the shade close.

I'd check out Birdsall Marine. If you look through their website, they actually have a Parker boat for demo purposes. Contact them and tell them what you are looking for. I've dealt with them a few times and I've found them to be fantastic. I hope this info helps.
