So last night around 9:00 pm we are coming in after a late afternoon of boating, dinner and fireworks. A 24' Grady flies past us and into the marina running at top speed. Boats were rocking and folks were yelling. By the time I pulled up to the ramp the guy was sitting up on his trailer with his bildge pump pushing water like nobodies business. Turns out that about a half hour into his night fishing trip he remembered he foegot to put in the plug. Amazing what a 3/4" hole can do to change your life. My wife wonders why I am such a pia checking things over before we head out. This guy had a TON of water in his boat. Batteries were completely submerged. He is a lucky guy.
