Keel Scrapes and Scratches

I am a new Parker owner. The boat has some minor issues on the bottom. I have researched the gelcoat repair process. I don't feel confident that I can do a proper job. Can anyone speculate on the cost to have this fixed? I am in Central Florida if anyone out there knows a good place. I am looking for a repair price range I can use to mitigate being swindled. I know this is a pessimistic outlook but I'm old enough to have earned it I have attached some pics. Thanks in advance. Happy New Year
