i have lenco trim tabs with the light indicators on my 2007 21SE. Two days ago I went offshore Destin, FL in 3-4 seas with a good number of six footers mixed in. When i tried to set my trim tabs the light indicators would blink all over the place to full lights, no lights, and to where i had originally set the tabs. it was a very pounding trip out to the structure to say the least. on the way back with smoother seas of 1-2 feet, the tabs worked fine and maintained their position. Is it common for tabs to not work properly in a rough sea? anyone had this happen to them before? whenever i stopped to check, they moved fine but then once going in the rough sea they would lose their position or at least the lights indicated so. thank you.
