So, after a few overnight fishing trips, I've concluded the best place to sleep is on the E Sea Rider Bean Bag Chair. Unfortunately, sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate and I wind up having to sleep inside. The stock cushions are OK but since I sleep on temperpedic mattress, I'm spoiled.

I wound up buying a 4" mattress topper from overstock.com for less than $100 and had some covers made. They have zippers so they can been cleaned easier. I also had an additional cushion, that matches the stock cushion, made to fill in the opening to the berth. I just layed these cushions over the stock cushions.

Very comfy......

Memory foam is fine -- if it doesn't get cold. If cold it turns in to rock-like surface... FWIW.
